- • The HR Technology and Performance Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of HR systems and performance management processes at BPM LLP, directly supporting the firm’s mission to empower people and drive innovation through technology-enabled HR excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing user support for HR systems like UKG and Lattice, assisting with system maintenance and enhancements, administering performance review cycles, developing HR reports and analytics, maintaining data accuracy, and creating user guides and documentation to promote self-service across the organization.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in HR technology platforms, gain hands-on experience in performance management operations, strengthen your data analysis and reporting skills, and build cross-functional collaboration abilities—positioning you for advancement in HR operations, HRIS, or people analytics careers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, HR technology, or related HR functions
- • Experience working with HR systems such as UKG and/or Lattice preferred
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately and confidentially
- • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reports and HR data
- • Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills
