Reporting directly to the VP People, this pivotal role is designed for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about building and scaling exceptional people programs within a fast-paced, global environment. - • **Build Scalable HR Programs and Processes:** A core responsibility will be the development and implementation of people-centric programs that cover the entire employee lifecycle. This includes designing and refining onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively and quickly, establishing comprehensive performance management systems that drive continuous improvement and align individual goals with company objectives, and creating structured career development pathways that foster employee growth and retention. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all HR operations are compliant with regional regulations, particularly in India, while maintaining the agility and flexibility required in a high-growth, dynamic organization. Furthermore, you will evaluate, select, and implement HR tools and technologies that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall employee experience.
- • **Drive Employee Engagement and Retention:** You will play a critical role in cultivating a positive and engaging work environment. This involves designing and executing targeted initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, increasing job satisfaction, and promoting overall well-being. You will develop and implement frameworks for professional development, ensuring employees have opportunities to learn and grow. Succession planning will be a key focus, identifying and nurturing high-potential employees to ensure leadership continuity and organizational resilience. You will also champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all HR strategies and initiatives, embedding these principles into the fabric of the organization and fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
- • **Collaborate with Leadership:** This role requires strong partnerships with leaders across various departments. You will work closely with them to deeply understand their unique business needs and translate these into effective HR solutions that drive tangible business results. As a trusted advisor to the VP People and senior leadership team, you will contribute significantly to the development and execution of the overarching people strategy. You will leverage data and analytics to provide insightful, data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and employee performance metrics. Your insights will be crucial in guiding the organization through its growth phases.
