- • Own the HRIS function end‑to‑end in a growing, acquisition‑driven environment, ensuring seamless system performance and strategic HR technology alignment.
- • Day to day: Manage and optimize the HRIS platform (UKG, Paycom, or Rippling), lead data migrations for acquired entities, support system implementations and enhancements, manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and finance systems, and build reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership.
- • About the team or company: Qodeworld is a growing, acquisition-driven organization investing in HR technology infrastructure to support scalable people operations across integrated entities.
- • What the person can learn or achieve: Gain deep expertise in HRIS system ownership, lead complex data migrations and integrations, influence HR technology strategy, and develop advanced reporting and analytics capabilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of HRIS or people systems experience
- • Hands‑on experience with UKG, Paycom, or Rippling
- • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, or upgrades
- • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data
- • Advanced Excel and reporting skills

- • Salary range: $100,000–$120,000, plus performance bonus
