📋 Description

• Vantage Data Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our People & Culture team. This remote role focuses on the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HRIS systems (Workday), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security while providing technical support and analysis to inform People & Culture strategies. The HRIS Analyst will manage contingent worker onboarding, respond to support tickets, maintain tracking of support activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance and data privacy standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with Workday, including basic navigation, data entry, and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support managers and employees in a professional, approachable manner
• Ability to explain system steps and processes to managers with clarity and patience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documenting processes and responding to inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify and escalate issues appropriately
• Team oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate across People & Culture, Recruiting, and other stakeholder groups
• Ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements

🏖️ Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000–95,000 base + bonus (based on Colorado market data)
