- • The HRIS Director will provide vision and direction for the HRIS function to align with Penn Mutual’s strategic goals, ensuring HR technology systems effectively support organizational needs and improve HR processes.
- • Day to day, the role involves overseeing Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and security; leading HRIS projects including implementations, upgrades, and integrations; developing reporting and analytics from HR data; and partnering with HR Business Partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- • Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company is a 175-year-old financial services provider offering life insurance, annuities, wealth management, and institutional asset management, committed to equal employment opportunity and serving Financial Professionals nationwide.
- • In this role, the individual will drive continuous improvement in HR systems, enhance employee experience through self-service functionality, gain strategic influence by leveraging HR data for insights, and mature the HR technology ecosystem with Workday at its core.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, human resources, or a related field
- • Proficiency or knowledge of Workday Core HCM with knowledge of additional modules including Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management
- • At least 10 years’ experience in HR system management, with at least 6+ years of Workday HCM specific experience
