- • As a Workday HRIS Manager at Owens & Minor, you will serve as the functional and configuration lead for the company’s Workday environment, playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing HR technology solutions that support a global workforce of over 14,000 teammates across 80 countries.
- • Day to day, you will own and configure Workday Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting modules; manage system releases; design business processes and security roles; develop reports and dashboards; support compensation cycles; and collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
