  • • As an HRIS Specialist at DocPlanner Group S.A., you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the company’s HRIS system (Hibob) and People Experience (PX) processes, directly supporting the mission to improve healthcare access for millions of patients and providers globally.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the HRIS system architecture, managing data integrity, workflows, access controls, permissions, and integrations; leading the migration to new HR tools; defining and evolving PX processes for compliance and employee experience; driving automation of HR workflows—including exploring AI applications; collaborating with PX partners (BPs, TA, Diversity, etc.) to support the full employee lifecycle; and monitoring data quality in partnership with finance and BI teams.
  • • You will join the Global PX Services team within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization of 3,000 employees across 13 countries, where agility, innovation, and impact are valued over bureaucracy, and where you’ll help standardize and scale HR operations in a tech-forward, international environment.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HRIS administration, global HR processes, change management, and HR automation; gain hands-on experience leading system migrations and AI-enabled process improvements; and develop leadership and collaboration skills while contributing to a scalable, people-centric HR function that supports DocPlanner’s long-term growth and innovation goals.
