- • As HubSpot Systems Administrator at Genio, you will own and maintain the HubSpot ecosystem and adjacent revenue systems, ensuring they remain clean, reliable, and perfectly tuned for pre-sales and post-sales teams. This role is critical to keeping the company’s daily operations running smoothly by balancing proactive system administration with reactive support.
- • Day to day, you will lead platform ownership of the full HubSpot suite, manage system health including data quality, workflows, pipelines, and internal support tickets, stay current with HubSpot releases and AI features, optimize commercial processes from pre-sale through post-sale, gather requirements from revenue teams to drive system improvements, and independently deliver projects that enhance reliability and team efficiency.
- • You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams, reporting into the Business Operations function. The team includes Dan (Head of Business Operations), Emily (Revenue Operations Specialist), and Sam (Revenue Operations Analyst), reflecting a collaborative, cross-functional environment focused on revenue enablement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HubSpot administration, revenue operations, and system integration; develop project management and stakeholder alignment skills; gain exposure to AI-driven CRM innovations; and contribute directly to Genio’s mission of supporting 1 million students to become better learners by 2030 through scalable, reliable systems.
