- • As a Program Coordinator in Medical Communications at Precision AQ, LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) processes for pharmaceutical clients, directly supporting the communication of scientific stories that impact patient care and brand success.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project deliverables across departments, managing timelines, identifying and communicating obstacles, coordinating MLR submissions, preparing Sunshine Act reports, overseeing meeting logistics (site search, travel, AV, catering), taking meeting notes, facilitating team meetings, and reviewing invoicing and reconciliation documents under the supervision of a Program Manager.
- • You will join a collaborative, mission-driven team at Precision AQ — a Best Place to Work awardee for three consecutive years — dedicated to translating complex scientific data into clear, credible communications for leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients, fostering an inclusive culture that values innovation, precision, and professional growth.
- • In this role, you will develop strong project management, client service, and regulatory coordination skills while gaining hands-on experience in medical communications workflows, preparing you for advancement into senior coordinator or project management positions within the healthcare advertising and medical education sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
- • 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience
- • High level of computer competency with intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook)
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Working knowledge of timeline and schedule development (helpful)
- • Experience supporting a project manager or marketing team with coordinating tasks and tracking deadlines (helpful)
