- • This Undergrad Intern - Operations Transformation Intern role at Amgen supports the execution and value validation of an Operations transformation pilot, focusing on translating strategic intent into clear ways of working that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • Day to day, the intern will identify baseline and targets for pilot opportunities, translate business needs into solutions that streamline process improvements and improve decision-making, enable data exploration and readiness by reviewing financial datasets, support fast-paced teams in rapid analysis of finance, supply, and operational metrics, assist in solution iteration based on end-user feedback, translate technical analysis into leadership-ready insights, communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and leverage AI to enhance process innovation.
