- • Serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to leadership and teams across Endpoint Clinical’s global operations, providing expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- • Collaborate directly with managers and employees at all levels to address complex HR challenges, offering coaching and solutions aligned with company values and business objectives.
- • Lead end-to-end employee relations processes including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- • Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures that support business growth, scalability, and operational efficiency in a high-tech, global environment.
- • Advise on total rewards strategies including compensation, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
- • Drive employee engagement initiatives by analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable interventions to improve retention and morale.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people-related risks, cultural dynamics, and change management during periods of organizational transformation.
- • Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidate fit, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India and other regions where Endpoint Clinical operates, ensuring HR practices remain compliant and proactive.
- • Develop and deliver HR programs focused on leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- • Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR decisions, track key metrics such as turnover, time-to-hire, and engagement scores, and report findings to senior leadership.
- • Foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and belonging across all levels of the organization.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with HR teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia to align global HR policies while respecting regional nuances and legal requirements.
- • Represent the HR function in business meetings, providing human capital perspectives that influence strategic decision-making and operational planning.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery through process improvements, technology adoption, and employee feedback mechanisms.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, global, high-tech or life sciences environment
- • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices in India and international contexts
- • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change
- • Experience managing employee relations cases, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- • Solid knowledge of total rewards strategies including compensation, benefits, and incentive design
- • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills with ability to build trust across all levels
