📋 Description

• As a Human Resources Business Partner at Ensemble Health Partners LLC, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to support workforce effectiveness and drive business success in a healthcare-focused environment.
• Day to day, you will partner with clients to assess business direction, develop action plans for HR goals, analyze workforce data, support talent management and employee relations, facilitate onboarding and development programs, and provide guidance on compensation, performance management, and organizational change initiatives.
• You will join a mission-driven organization that keeps communities healthy by keeping hospitals healthy, recognized as a leader in healthcare revenue cycle management with multiple industry awards for excellence, innovation, and workplace culture.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic HR consulting, workforce analytics, organizational development, and change management while advancing your career through professional certifications, tuition reimbursement, and leadership opportunities in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CRCR certification required
• Minimum of three years of previous HR Business Partner experience
• Experience supporting 2,500 to 5,000 employees
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Familiarity with MS Office and Workday systems desired
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
