  • • Serve as the primary HR advisor to leadership and employees across Princeton10, LLP, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to support business objectives.
  • • Lead the design and implementation of people initiatives that strengthen company culture, improve employee engagement, and align with organizational growth goals.
  • • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes in compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws.
  • • Partner with department heads to identify talent needs, develop workforce planning strategies, and support recruitment efforts for key roles.
  • • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization, updating documentation as needed to reflect evolving legal requirements and best practices.
  • • Act as a trusted resource for managers on complex employee issues, offering coaching, conflict resolution, and guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • • Collaborate with the Fractional Head of HR to build and scale HR systems, including HRIS, compensation structures, and talent development frameworks.
  • • Conduct regular data analysis on workforce metrics such as turnover, retention, and engagement to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and provincial employment regulations in both the U.S. and Canada to ensure organizational compliance.
  • • Develop and deliver employee communications on HR programs, policy changes, and company initiatives to foster transparency and trust.
  • • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by identifying gaps in representation and recommending actionable strategies to promote an equitable workplace.
  • • Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration, background checks, training programs, and other HR-related services.
  • • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee data, performance discussions, and sensitive organizational matters.
  • • Contribute to the creation of a scalable HR function as Princeton10, LLP transitions from a startup to a more structured organization.
  • • Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate HR priorities with broader business initiatives, including budget planning and operational efficiency efforts.
  • • Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to leadership to track progress on people-related KPIs and strategic goals.
  • • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-trust work environment by modeling HR best practices and promoting open dialogue between employees and management.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
  • • In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and compliance requirements
  • • Strong ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making at all levels
  • • Experience building HR systems and processes from the ground up
  • • Demonstrated success in managing employee relations and resolving complex workplace issues
  • • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools
