• • The Human Resources Coordinator at Birch Finance Inc. plays a key role in delivering a consistent, efficient, and positive employee experience by providing administrative and operational support across the HR function, ensuring accurate execution of routine HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end preboarding and offboarding processes, entering and validating new-hire data in the HRIS, serving as the primary point of contact for new-hire inquiries, maintaining SOPs, supporting HR programs like education assistance and employee referrals, submitting IT service desk tickets for setup and offboarding, assigning training programs, and monitoring the HR mailbox for timely responses.
