- • TruBridge is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Executive, specifically a Recruiter, to join our growing team. This is a critical role focused on spearheading our end-to-end recruitment process to meet ambitious hiring goals by filling open positions with exceptional talent. As an Individual Contributor, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing the best candidates for our organization.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to drive bulk recruitment initiatives. This involves managing the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial job posting and candidate sourcing to final offer negotiation and onboarding. You will be expected to develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a large volume of qualified candidates. This will include leveraging a diverse range of channels such as online job boards, professional networking sites, social media platforms, employee referral programs, and forging strategic partnerships with educational institutions and relevant industry organizations.
- • A key aspect of this role is the meticulous screening of candidates. You will conduct initial assessments and in-depth interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates' technical skills, relevant experience, problem-solving abilities, and, crucially, their cultural fit within TruBridge. Your ability to discern potential and align candidates with our company values will be paramount.
- • Beyond immediate hiring needs, you will be tasked with building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline. This proactive approach ensures that we have a ready pool of qualified candidates for both current and future openings, enabling us to respond swiftly to evolving business requirements and maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.
- • To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment efforts, you will utilize data analytics. This involves tracking key recruitment metrics, evaluating the performance of various sourcing channels, and making data-driven decisions to continuously optimize the hiring process. Your insights will help refine our strategies and improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

You will stay abreast of market trends, understand the competitive landscape, and adapt strategies accordingly.
