📋 Description

• • The Human Resources Generalist serves as a vital resource to managers and employees, with primary responsibility for managing employee relations situations, providing guidance on workplace conflicts, performance issues, policy interpretation, and compliance matters while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
• • Day to day, the HR Generalist manages employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, workplace complaints, and performance issues; conducts thorough and objective investigations; serves as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, performance management, and people management best practices; interprets and applies HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements; provides guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and workplace concerns; supports HR operations and programs including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent management initiatives; and contributes to organizational culture and employee engagement by promoting inclusive practices and supporting engagement initiatives.
