- • Own and continuously evolve high-impact HR programs that shape the employee experience at OraSure Technologies, a global leader in life-saving diagnostics and molecular sampling solutions. You will be the architect and day-to-day engine behind initiatives such as the Manager Training Program, Emerging Leaders Program, Mentorship Program, Coffee Connection, and a growing suite of digital tools built on Power Platform.
- • Translate strategic HR goals into executable, measurable programs that drive engagement, retention, and capability across 500+ employees in Bethlehem and remote locations. You will collaborate with VPs, directors, and frontline managers to ensure every program maps directly to business priorities—from accelerating time-to-market for new HIV/HCV tests to scaling genomic sampling kits worldwide.
- • Design and facilitate dynamic learning experiences that turn first-time supervisors into confident people leaders and high-potential individual contributors into future executives. This includes curriculum design, vendor management, live facilitation, LMS administration, and post-session coaching that yields a documented 15–20 % lift in leadership confidence scores.
- • Build, launch, and maintain digital productivity solutions that eliminate manual HR friction. You will create and enhance the HR SharePoint site, Weekly 1:1 App, Quarterly Touchpoints App, Year-End Review App, and other Power Apps/Power Automate flows that save managers an average of two hours per week and provide real-time analytics to HR leadership.
- • Serve as the data storyteller for engagement and retention. You will own the annual engagement survey cycle—survey design, communications, data cleaning, statistical analysis, heat-mapping, and action-planning workshops—then track progress quarterly, presenting insights that directly inform executive strategy.
- • Provide seamless backup support to Talent Acquisition during peak hiring seasons (e.g., new product launches or facility expansions). You will post roles, source candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience that upholds OraSure’s employer brand.
- • Champion inclusion and belonging by co-leading the All Means U committee, organizing monthly book clubs, cultural heritage events, and mentorship circles that have increased ERG participation by 30 % year-over-year.
- • Partner with Compensation & Benefits to execute annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles—ensuring data integrity in Workday, running cost-modeling scenarios, and preparing executive-ready summaries that secure Finance approval.
- • Lead cross-functional project teams for ad-hoc HR initiatives such as policy rewrites, office reopening playbooks, or sustainability campaigns—managing timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder communications to deliver on or ahead of schedule.
- • Continuously scan external best practices, HR tech trends, and regulatory changes (e.g., EEOC, FMLA, ADA) to recommend program enhancements that keep OraSure compliant and competitive.
- • Model OraSure’s core values—Integrity, Innovation, Impact—by mentoring interns, presenting at lunch-and-learns, and contributing to the LIVE IT, Wellness, and Social Committees that knit together a hybrid workforce.
