📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new Willow customers, transforming their physical buildings into living, breathing digital twins that unlock operational excellence and sustainability gains.
• • Translate sprawling customer data sets—As-Built drawings, TAB reports, Sequence of Operations, design schedules, and more—into accurate, scalable virtual models that mirror real-world HVAC systems down to the last valve and sensor.
• • Configure and deploy Willow’s proprietary connectors to Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring seamless collection, normalization, and contextualization of streaming IoT data so facility teams can act on insights—not just raw numbers.
• • Act as the primary technical liaison between customer stakeholders, Willow engineering, and data specialists, translating complex HVAC and automation concepts into clear, actionable guidance that drives rapid feature adoption and measurable ROI.
• • Continuously update and refine digital twins to reflect real-time changes in physical assets—whether it’s a new VAV box, a chiller retrofit, or a revised control sequence—so the virtual and physical worlds remain perfectly synchronized.
• • Champion Willow’s evolving product roadmap by piloting new features on customer sites, gathering feedback loops, and packaging lessons learned into best-practice playbooks that accelerate deployment for future clients.
• • Lead on-site commissioning sessions, validating data accuracy against actual equipment performance and troubleshooting discrepancies before they impact analytics or user trust.
• • Build lasting customer relationships through regular value-realization workshops, demonstrating how advanced fault detection, energy optimization, and predictive maintenance modules translate into lower OpEx and extended asset life.
• • Collaborate with BIM specialists to ingest and federate 3D models, ensuring spatial context enriches every data point and empowers immersive visualizations for operators and executives alike.
• • Maintain rigorous documentation standards—sequence narratives, data dictionaries, test scripts—so every deployment is repeatable, auditable, and primed for scale across global portfolios.
• • Mentor junior engineers and project coordinators, instilling a culture of curiosity, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession that defines the Willow experience.
• • Contribute to internal R&D sprints, leveraging field insights to influence next-generation algorithms, UI enhancements, and integration patterns that keep Willow at the forefront of the built-world digitization movement.
