  • • Join Lantern, a rapidly growing specialty care platform dedicated to connecting individuals with the best possible care when they need it most. We are building a Network of Excellence, featuring top national specialists for surgery, cancer care, infusions, and more, to deliver exceptional care while achieving significant cost savings for employers and their workforces. Our unique approach pairs members with a dedicated care team, including Care Advocates and nurses, throughout their entire care journey, ensuring they receive the support needed to recover and return to their lives. With convenient access to specialists across the nation, Lantern makes quality care accessible to a vast majority of the population. We are proud to be trusted by the nation's largest employers, serving over 6 million members nationwide.
  • • As an IAM Governance Analyst at Lantern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, compliance, and operational excellence of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This position is crucial for driving policy development, conducting thorough risk assessments, and fostering continuous improvement in access controls across the entire organization. You will be instrumental in shaping and enforcing the principles of least privilege and ensuring that access to sensitive information and systems is granted appropriately and securely.
  • • Your core responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of robust IAM governance policies, standards, and procedures. This involves creating clear guidelines that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring a consistent and secure approach to identity and access management throughout the company.
  • • You will be tasked with conducting periodic access reviews and certifications. These reviews are critical for verifying that user access rights remain appropriate and compliant with both regulatory mandates and internal policies. This proactive approach helps to identify and remediate any potential security risks or compliance gaps before they can be exploited.
  • • Collaboration will be a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, and various Business Units, to define and rigorously enforce least-privilege access models. This ensures that individuals only have the necessary permissions to perform their job functions, minimizing the attack surface and enhancing overall security posture.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve monitoring and reporting on key IAM metrics, identifying potential risks, and assessing the effectiveness of existing controls. This data-driven approach will provide valuable insights into the health of our IAM program and inform strategic decision-making.
  • • You will provide essential support for various audits, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA, by preparing and presenting evidence and responding to inquiries related to our IAM controls. Your expertise will be vital in demonstrating our commitment to security and compliance to external auditors and stakeholders.
  • • You will have the opportunity to lead or actively participate in critical IAM-related projects. This may include the implementation of new IAM tools, the enhancement of existing systems, and the optimization of IAM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Staying current with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in identity governance is paramount. You will be expected to continuously learn and adapt, ensuring that Lantern's IAM program remains at the forefront of security.
  • • We are looking for individuals who embody our core values: Logic, Inclusion, Grit, Humanity, Truth, and Teamwork. You should be someone who uses logic in decision-making, understands the importance of progress, and can balance a fast-paced environment while celebrating successes. A deep commitment to inclusion and diversity is essential, as is the grit and ambition to tackle complex challenges. You must care deeply about our customers and strive to keep humanity at the forefront of all decisions, guided by integrity and a focus on truth. Thriving in a collaborative team environment is key to innovation and creating meaningful change.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the security and compliance posture of a fast-growing healthcare technology company. If you are passionate about IAM and dedicated to building secure and compliant systems, we encourage you to apply.

🎯 Requirements
