📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and manage the enterprise identity environment at iRhythm Technologies.
• Manage and support the organization’s identity infrastructure, including Active Directory and Okta.
• Manage user identity lifecycle processes, including; provisioning, de-provisioning, and end-user access management.
• Lead and support projects involving IAM technologies and integrations.
• Implement and integrate new solutions such as CyberArk and SAP.
• Work closely with engineers, system owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with other business units to support identity and access needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Must have at least 3-7 years experience in Identity and Access Management/Access Control or related position.
