- • As a Customer Success Agent for Innovative Financial Group (IFG), a subsidiary of Humana, you will serve as a trusted partner helping customers navigate Medicare coverage across multiple carriers, ensuring they receive clear, compliant, and compassionate guidance throughout their healthcare journey.
- • Day to day, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions by actively listening to identify needs, explaining plan benefits and coverage details, resolving eligibility and enrollment issues, and supporting customers through plan transitions while maintaining strict compliance and empathy.
- • You will join the Reliance Brokerage Customer Success Team, collaborating with sales agents, carrier partners, and internal support teams to deliver a seamless, customer-centered experience in a remote, nationwide role that values professionalism and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Medicare plans, strengthen your communication and problem-solving skills, and gain experience in multi-carrier brokerage environments, positioning you for growth in healthcare customer success and advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active resident Health Insurance License for your state of residence (required per state Department of Insurance)
- • 2+ years of experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- • 2+ years of Medicare customer service and/or Medicare sales experience
- • Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, nights, and weekends as business needs require
- • Proven ability to support Medicare-eligible and dual-eligible customers with empathy, clarity, and compliance
- • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
- • Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus, must speak, read, and write fluently without assistance)
