  • • As an Immigration Analyst for EMEA at Deel, you will play a critical role in enabling global talent mobility by ensuring compliance with immigration regulations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, directly supporting Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity for every person and business.
  • • You will conduct in-depth research and analysis of immigration requirements and processes across EMEA countries, liaise with local providers to complete accurate immigration assessments, and ensure right-to-work checks are performed in full compliance with government standards and internal quality controls.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of country overviews and process flows, tracking case progress proactively to identify and resolve blockers, maintaining meticulous case documentation for audit readiness, and acting as a key liaison between clients, in-country specialists, and external immigration vendors to ensure clear communication and timely case progression.
  • • You will operate within Deel’s highly distributed, mission-driven team of 7,000+ employees across 100+ countries, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation while supporting the company’s rapid growth as the fastest-growing SaaS company in history with $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global immigration compliance, build cross-cultural communication skills, and gain hands-on experience with AI-powered HR and payroll infrastructure—positioning you as a trusted advisor in global work transformation and opening pathways to leadership in HR, compliance, or international operations at a scale-defining tech company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of direct client service experience
  • • Ability to interpret, translate, and communicate complex immigration concepts, processes, and policies to various stakeholders
  • • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (fluency in another EMEA language is a plus)
  • • Ability to recognize the most important priority and find solutions under pressure
