  • • As an Immigration Specialist at Deel, you will play a critical role in enabling global talent mobility by managing end-to-end US immigration processes for clients and employees, directly supporting the company’s mission to break down borders in the global workforce.
  • • Your work ensures compliance, timely case resolution, and exceptional client service, contributing to Deel’s reputation as a trusted partner for international hiring and mobility.
  • • Day to day, you will oversee the full lifecycle of US business immigration cases, from initial assessment and document gathering to application submission, tracking, and resolution, ensuring alignment with SLAs and internal quality standards.
  • • You will coordinate and schedule client consultations, interviews, and follow-up calls, providing clear, proactive communication to keep clients informed at every stage of their immigration journey.
  • • You will assess right-to-work eligibility and ensure compliance with evolving US immigration laws, regulations, and operational rules, maintaining accurate records and updating internal knowledge bases in collaboration with legal and mobility stakeholders.
  • • You will prepare and submit immigration applications to USCIS and other relevant authorities, liaise with local providers for assessments and support, and audit mobility-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • • You will provide expert support to Employers of Record (EORs) and clients on mobility-related inquiries via email, phone, and video, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • • You will manage complex cases including visa processing, renewals, extensions, cancellations, and work authorization checks for foreign nationals, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high service quality.
  • • You will contribute to special projects aimed at improving immigration workflows, enhancing client experience, or scaling mobility operations across Deel’s global footprint.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of direct experience in US business immigration, preferably as a Paralegal, Immigration Specialist, or in a law firm, corporate, or startup environment.
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent immigration cases with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting professionally with clients via email, phone, and video to anticipate needs and deliver proactive service.
