📋 Description

• As an Implementation Associate at Brellium, you will serve as the operational backbone of a rapidly growing implementation team, ensuring the successful deployment of AI-powered compliance technology to healthcare organizations nationwide. You will own the end-to-end technical and project execution for your dedicated portfolio of ABA and behavioral health customers, from initial sales handover through go-live, acting as a trusted partner who builds confidence through clarity, consistency, and calm under pressure.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing customer-facing communication throughout deployments, setting clear expectations around timelines and deliverables, and maintaining a reassuring presence during technical challenges or ambiguities to strengthen trust in Brellium’s platform. You will review and action sales handoffs with precision, track deployment milestones in HubSpot and Linear, follow project plans with discipline, and proactively communicate status to prevent surprises — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• You will execute deployment playbooks while adapting to each customer’s unique clinical workflows and EMR/EHR integration requirements, configuring Brellium’s platform to align with their specific needs, and documenting all configurations and exceptions with meticulous accuracy for seamless handoff to the Customer Success team. Additionally, you will shadow complex enterprise implementations to build expertise in edge cases and specialty-specific nuances, gradually developing foundational knowledge of compliance standards, chart auditing, coding review, and workflow configuration across Brellium’s core specialties.

You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced team in the Flatiron office where processes are evolving, ownership is encouraged, and your growth into a full-cycle implementation leader is actively supported through mentorship, training, and increasing responsibility.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare compliance technology, EMR integration, and enterprise SaaS implementation — gaining rare, high-value experience at the intersection of clinical operations, regulatory standards, and AI-powered healthcare innovation. You’ll build transferable skills in project management, technical configuration, customer success, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself for rapid advancement into owning full customer portfolios as an Implementation Manager or similar role within a scaling health-tech leader.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, customer success, or a related operational or customer-facing role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — able to track multiple workstreams simultaneously without anything falling through the cracks
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication — comfortable leading customer calls and writing customer-facing project updates
• A genuine drive to build expertise quickly — motivated to master healthcare compliance and Brellium’s platform even without prior experience
• A collaborative, team-first mindset — takes pride in being a reliable, unblocking force for teammates
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still evolving
• Based in New York City; able to work in-person from Brellium’s Flatiron office (hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 3 if located >1 hour away)
