- • The Implementation Associate supports Partner Success Managers in ensuring customer success during the post-sales journey for Yondr’s phone-free programs in schools across Illinois and Indiana. This role is vital to delivering seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support that enables schools to implement effective phone-free environments, fostering genuine connection, focus, and creativity in educational settings.
- • Day to day, the associate will virtually support new school accounts through onboarding, product setup, training, and customization; collaborate with schools on policy and protocol development; communicate effectively with administrators, teachers, and parents via presentations and written/virtual channels; serve as a point of contact for assigned Education Program Specialists; participate in on-site services when needed; and contribute to designing and delivering school programming, projects, or resources as needs evolve.

The company operates primarily in education and live events, supporting schools through cellphone-free programs and helping top artists deliver distraction-free performances. - • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in educational program implementation, develop expertise in stakeholder communication and training delivery, build strong relationships with school communities, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that improve learning environments. You’ll also develop adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced settings and refine your solution-driven approach to supporting educational partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 2+ years of experience in customer service, education, and/or a related field
- • Must live in Illinois or Indiana, with preference for the Greater Chicago area

- • $40/hour competitive hourly compensation
- • Flexible, seasonal hours aligned with implementation cycles (5–15 hrs/week in June, 15–30 hrs/week from July to October)
- • Opportunity to work remotely with occasional on-site support as needed
