- • Implementation Consultant role at WLT Group Limited (Williams Lea) focused on delivering technology-enabled business solutions globally across complex client environments.
- • Lead end-to-end implementation of Williams Lea solutions, acting as primary accountability from discovery through go-live and post-implementation stabilisation, working with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- • Williams Lea is a leading global provider of tech-enabled business and marketing services with 15,000 employees across 20 countries, combining deep expertise, agentic AI-embedded workflows, and a global Optishore™ delivery model.
- • Develop expertise in managing complex, multi-region implementations, translating business needs into scalable plans, and mentoring junior staff while contributing to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-region solution implementations in professional or managed services environments
- • Strong background in implementation delivery, technical project management, or programme delivery
- • Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., workflow, case management, CRM, or operational systems) as part of solution implementations
- • Ability to translate business and operational needs into practical, scalable implementation plans
- • Confidence managing senior client stakeholders and leading governed delivery engagements
- • Comfort operating in regulated, high-complexity, or mission-critical environments
