- • As an Implementation Consultant at Tillo Limited, you will be the first point of contact for customers during onboarding, playing a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience as they join the Tillo platform.
- • You will manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, own the end-to-end process, maintain accurate project data, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive timely resolution of issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- • You will join a collaborative, fast-paced Operations team in Austin, working hybrid (2 days/week in office), within a market-leading rewards and incentives company operating across 37+ countries and 25 currencies.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS onboarding, stakeholder management, and process optimization, while gaining exposure to fintech, API integrations, and cross-functional teamwork—building a strong foundation for growth in customer success or project management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 years experience managing professional services or onboarding projects
- • Strong relationship building skills with ability to liaise at all levels internally and externally
- • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive ownership of tasks
- • Highly organized with ability to manage and prioritize multiple task streams
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across systems
