📋 Description

• • As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of the go-to-market team, working directly with Customer Success and broader GTM teams to drive customer adoption and ensure successful onboarding of the Fieldguide platform.
• • You will build trust with customers through regular engagement from sales handoff to value realization, guide growth by creating implementation plans and tracking progress, cultivate customer champions, advocate for customer needs across internal teams, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and measure and document value through case studies and success metrics.
• • Fieldguide is building software to automate and streamline assurance and audit work in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit, aiming to establish a new state of trust in global commerce and capital markets. The company is remote-first, headquartered in San Francisco, and backed by top-tier investors including Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Y Combinator.
