- • Implementation Engineers at NICE Ltd. collaborate with new and existing clients to implement NICE products, acting as experts in configuring the client’s NICE portal and integrating it into their business processes. This role is critical to ensuring successful onboarding and delivery of NICE’s contact center and customer experience solutions, directly impacting client satisfaction and product adoption.
- • Day to day, the person will collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored implementation strategies; configure contact center solutions including advanced call flows, IVR paths, APIs, and integrations; set up and implement the client’s portal using NICE platform tools; troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); manage multiple client engagements simultaneously; document configuration steps and create process guides; collaborate with Engagement Managers and Implementation Consultants; and use project management tools like Asana, Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence to track workflows.
- • The team operates within a global, innovative organization known for leadership in AI, cloud, and digital customer experience solutions. NICE serves 25,000+ businesses worldwide, including 85 of the Fortune 100, managing over 120 million customer interactions daily. The role reports to a Manager and is based in Manila, Philippines, under the NICE-FLEX hybrid model (2 office days, 3 remote days per week).
- • In this role, the person can deepen technical expertise in SaaS implementation, API integrations, and contact center technologies; grow project management and client-facing skills; contribute to product improvement by feeding feedback to Product Management; and advance their career within a market leader offering internal mobility across roles, disciplines, and global locations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in implementing SaaS solutions, preferably in contact center or telecommunications
- • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party systems
- • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex technical environments
- • Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
