📋 Description

• As an Implementation Engineer at Metriport Inc., you will serve as the primary technical and strategic bridge between the company and its healthcare customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing value delivery of an open-source data intelligence platform that enables real-time patient data exchange across 300+ million individuals.
• Day to day, you will conduct discovery calls, lead weekly customer syncs, troubleshoot technical issues, manage API integrations, coordinate with engineering teams on prioritization, provide product guidance, and proactively communicate updates—all while maintaining strong customer relationships from onboarding through production roll-out.
• Metriport is a tight-knit, high-performing engineering-heavy team of mostly former founders (including YC alumni) backed by top VCs, with product-market fit, multi-million ARR, and years of runway; we operate with minimal bureaucracy, high autonomy, and sustainable intensity, measuring output over hours worked.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, full-stack development (React, TypeScript, Node.js), customer success strategy, and cross-functional collaboration—gaining ownership over complex implementations and the ability to drive measurable impact in a fast-scaling healthtech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience supporting software implementation
• Full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js
• Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area (or willing to relocate)
• Healthcare experience is a plus if familiar with terms like HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR, or TEFCA
