Implementation Lead

📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Lead at Element451, you are the delivery owner for all customer implementations, ensuring every new institution launches with clarity, momentum, and the right foundation for long-term success in higher education engagement and enrollment.
• • You will own implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success, build and manage project plans with milestones and dependencies, drive accountability across internal teams and customer stakeholders, and maintain a clear go-live checklist including UAT completion, data readiness, approvals, and training coordination.
• • Element451 is an AI-native CRM and agent platform built for higher education, helping colleges and universities modernize engagement, recruitment, enrollment, and student success with intelligent automation; you will partner with Integrations Architect and Product teams on complex design decisions and coordinate with Adoption & Enablement and Integrations specialists to ensure clean workstream execution.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS implementation lifecycle management, stakeholder alignment in technical and non-technical environments, risk mitigation for scope creep and data delays, and validating that configured platforms support customer-defined success criteria for early value realization post-launch.
