📋 Description

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for Verifiable’s credentialing and network-monitoring platform, guiding new healthcare clients from signed contract to confident, high-adoption go-live. You will quarterback every detail—requirements, timelines, risk, change management, training, and launch—while serving as the single point of accountability for on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Act as the strategic bridge between client stakeholders (clinical, operations, compliance, and IT) and Verifiable’s internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success). Translate complex credentialing workflows into clear technical specifications, then turn technical updates into executive-ready status narratives that keep sponsors engaged and informed.
• Build and maintain living project plans that map milestones, dependencies, and success criteria. Use Salesforce-native project tools and your own toolkit to track scope, budget, and velocity; surface risks early; and orchestrate mitigation plans before small issues become launch blockers.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover each client’s unique verification, compliance, and reporting objectives. Convert findings into a phased implementation blueprint that balances quick wins with long-term scalability, ensuring the platform evolves alongside the client’s growth.
• Drive configuration and data-migration workstreams. Collaborate with Implementation Engineers to map legacy credential data, design validation rules, and oversee ETL processes. Run iterative QA cycles and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) until every screen, report, and automation meets the client’s definition of “ready.”
• Champion change management. Design and deliver role-based training sessions for credentialing analysts, provider-enrollment teams, and executive sponsors. Produce quick-reference guides, sandbox walkthroughs, and office-hour clinics that accelerate adoption and reduce support tickets post-launch.
• Communicate with surgical precision. Run weekly steering-committee calls, daily stand-ups, and ad-hoc war-room sessions. Craft crisp slide decks, Slack updates, and executive briefs that keep distributed teams aligned across time zones and competing priorities.
• Serve as the resident product expert during implementation. Field deep-dive questions on Salesforce objects, Apex triggers, managed-package limits, and HIPAA-compliant security controls. Feed real-time client feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and ensure the next release solves tomorrow’s pain points.
• Mentor junior Implementation Managers and cross-functional teammates. Document best practices, create reusable templates, and lead lunch-and-learns that level-up the entire Customer Success organization as Verifiable scales beyond 150 employees.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping calls when needed, lending implementation insight that sets realistic expectations and de-risks complex deals—turning you into a trusted advisor before the contract is even signed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading implementations, customer onboarding, or technical project management in a SaaS environment—Salesforce-integrated products strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to juggle 5–10 concurrent implementations of varying complexity while maintaining meticulous attention to scope, schedule, and stakeholder happiness
• Proven track record translating non-technical business requirements into clear technical specs for engineering teams and vice-versa for executive audiences
• Deep understanding of project-management fundamentals: work-breakdown structures, risk registers, dependency mapping, and executive escalation paths
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—comfortable running C-level steering committees and white-boarding workflows with frontline users
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, fully remote environment and can operate effectively without a rigid playbook
