📋 Description

• As an Implementation Manager at Second Nature Health Inc., you will own the post-sale onboarding journey, guiding clients from signed contract to full activation with a 3% activation rate target, ensuring smooth and scalable implementations across property management clients.
• You will lead clients through the full implementation funnel—discovery, onboarding, activation, and handoff—conducting thorough discovery to uncover goals and roadblocks, delivering targeted training for Resident Benefits Package (RBP) setup, and ensuring clients stay on track through accountability and stakeholder alignment.
• You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Legal, and Client Success to build trust, manage expectations, and refine implementation workflows using CRM, automation, and AI-powered platforms to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• You will grow by designing scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and gaining deep expertise in PropTech and resident experience platforms while working in a fast-moving, inclusive, high-performing team committed to diversity and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct implementation experience at a tech-enabled or transactional business
• Proven ability to lead clients through implementation or onboarding processes involving change management
• Skilled at holding clients accountable to agreed deliverables and timelines
• Strong in discovery, objection handling, and consultative client engagement
• High emotional intelligence with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willing to work 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time
