  • • The Implementation Manager at Highspot Inc. is responsible for leading the successful deployment and adoption of Highspot’s sales enablement platform for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration and measurable value realization.
  • • Day to day, the role involves managing end-to-end implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success, configuring the platform to meet client needs, conducting training sessions, and driving user adoption through structured change management.
  • • Highspot is a global leader in sales enablement SaaS, headquartered in Seattle with a growing presence in India, leveraging AI and GenAI to empower sales teams worldwide through intelligent content, training, analytics, and engagement tools.
  • • In this role, the Implementation Manager will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, strengthen project management and stakeholder communication skills, gain exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven sales technology, and contribute to customer success outcomes that impact revenue and retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations, preferably in SaaS or sales enablement platforms
  • • Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage timelines, budgets, and resources
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills to train clients and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of sales processes
  • • Ability to travel occasionally for client onsite engagements (if required)
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
