- • As an Implementation Manager at DailyPay, you will play a pivotal role in deploying the company’s award-winning on-demand pay SaaS solution for small to enterprise-sized clients, directly contributing to the financial well-being of American workers by enabling faster access to earned wages. Your work will bridge technology and human impact, ensuring seamless integrations that strengthen employer-employee relationships and support DailyPay’s mission to transform how people get paid.
- • You will lead the full implementation lifecycle—from pre-sales discovery and technical scoping through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch handoff—acting as the technical lead and primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality while managing complex stakeholder expectations across C-suite, operations, and IT teams.
- • You will perform deep discovery sessions to gather and document detailed implementation requirements, conduct technical research to solve complex integration challenges, and validate data flows through unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the DailyPay platform integrates flawlessly with clients’ HCM, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and support teams to align on scoping, provide implementation feedback for product improvement, and ensure smooth transitions post-launch, while identifying risks early and driving mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
- • You will become a subject matter expert in DailyPay’s product configuration, internal processes, and integration patterns (including sFTP automation and API interactions), using your frontline experience to suggest product enhancements that improve scalability, usability, and client outcomes based on real-world implementation insights.
- • You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment at a mission-driven worktech leader, where your contributions directly influence product evolution and customer success, offering significant opportunities to grow your expertise in SaaS implementations, financial technology, and enterprise client management while working remotely with a distributed team across the U.S. and Belfast.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- • 3-5+ years of experience managing end-to-end implementations of SaaS solutions, particularly in HR tech, payroll, or fintech domains
- • Proven ability to lead technical discovery, document requirements, and manage complex integrations involving APIs, sFTP automation, and data validation/testing
- • Experience working with C-level stakeholders and managing high-stakes client relationships in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite for data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
