- • As an Implementation Manager for Expansions & Transitions at August Health, you will play a critical role in enabling senior living operators to scale and evolve their use of the August platform during pivotal moments such as acquisitions, operator transitions, and product expansions—ensuring seamless integration of new communities or services into existing live environments.
- • You will lead rapid, full-cycle implementations under accelerated timelines, assess existing customer configurations, manage cross-product rollouts (Clinical, Billing, Operations), and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and drive adoption across stakeholder groups including C-suite executives and front-line staff.
