📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of product features for Truv’s Home Lending vertical, ensuring seamless integration of payroll and employment verification APIs with lenders, fintechs, and mortgage platforms.
• Collaborate directly with customers—including mortgage originators, loan processors, and compliance teams—to understand pain points in income verification workflows and translate insights into product requirements.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps for Home Lending solutions, aligning technical capabilities with regulatory requirements such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA guidelines.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly API integrations that reduce manual document collection and accelerate loan approval timelines.
• Own the customer onboarding experience for Home Lending clients, coordinating with implementation specialists to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and go-live of Truv’s solutions.
• Monitor product adoption and performance metrics post-launch, using data to identify friction points and drive iterative improvements in functionality and UX.
• Serve as the primary product liaison between Truv and key financial institution partners, maintaining strong relationships and acting as the voice of the customer within internal teams.
• Document and refine implementation playbooks, API usage guidelines, and compliance checklists to standardize deployments across diverse lending environments.
• Stay current on evolving mortgage industry regulations, lending standards, and emerging fintech trends to proactively shape product strategy and anticipate market needs.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to support pilot programs, RFP responses, and client demos focused on automating income and employment verification for home loans.
• Ensure all product implementations meet Truv’s security and data privacy standards, including SOC 2 compliance and encrypted data transmission protocols.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture feedback, measure ROI for clients, and identify opportunities for upselling additional Truv products within the home lending ecosystem.
• Advocate for customer needs in product prioritization meetings, balancing technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, and business impact to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Maintain detailed product documentation, including release notes, integration guides, and troubleshooting resources for internal teams and external clients.
• Represent Truv at industry events and client meetings focused on mortgage technology, sharing product capabilities and thought leadership on modernizing lending infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, mortgage tech, or financial data services
• Deep understanding of mortgage lending workflows, income verification processes, and regulatory frameworks (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex API integrations with enterprise financial institutions
• Strong track record of leading end-to-end product implementations from discovery to launch
• Experience working with compliance and security requirements in financial technology
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical teams and non-technical clients
