- • As an Implementation Project Manager at Medallion Inc., you will own and drive the implementation phase of the customer journey, setting a strong foundation for long-term success by managing multiple complex SaaS implementations in parallel, including top-priority enterprise accounts across Medallion’s full suite of services.
- • Day to day, you will build project plans with clear milestones, proactively manage end-to-end implementation processes, identify and resolve blockers, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, and serve as the main point of contact for customers while advocating for their needs internally.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare operations technology, strengthen your ability to lead cross-functional technical projects, build scalable implementation processes, and grow your impact by improving customer NPS and driving team collaboration and accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in implementation and/or project management, specifically leading complex SaaS implementations
- • Prior experience at a B2B SaaS startup, ideally in health tech, digital health, or healthcare operations
- • Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects in a complex organizational environment with a track record of successful technical project delivery
- • Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, and Asana
- • Experience with SaaS configuration (integrations, APIs, workflows, permissions, reporting)
- • Exceptional client-facing communication: executive presence, ability to lead stakeholder calls, and act as a technical translator
