Implementation Project Manager

• • The Implementation Project Manager leads end-to-end customer implementations, upgrades, and integrations for PIC Business Systems, serving as the primary point of contact for clients in the window coverings, custom apparel, and specialty manufacturing industries. This role is critical to ensuring seamless onboarding and operational success for customers using PIC’s ERP and retail platforms.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading multiple concurrent customer projects from initiation to completion, conducting discovery sessions to gather business and functional requirements, building and maintaining project plans in GuideCX and Monday.com, coordinating cross-functional teams with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales, defining acceptance criteria, supporting UAT, and producing clear documentation such as process flows, data models, meeting notes, and executive summaries.
• • Fullsteam Operations, LLC is a growing provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology with over 1,900 employees, dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through seamless customer experiences. The PIC Business Systems unit specializes in ERP solutions for the window coverings and related industries, powering over 100 manufacturers and their retail networks with end-to-end automation from quoting to fulfillment.
• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS implementation lifecycle management, strengthen stakeholder communication across technical and executive audiences, gain hands-on experience with ERP integrations and EDI/API concepts, and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer onboarding and project delivery efficiency—positioning them for advancement into senior project or program management roles.
