• • As an Implementation Specialist at Devsavant LLC, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the successful deployment and adoption of their PRM (Partner Relationship Management) solutions, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term value realization.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting discovery sessions to understand client needs, configuring and customizing PRM platforms, creating and maintaining project timelines, providing technical guidance, documenting requirements, delivering training to client teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams such as support, development, and sales to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
