- • The Implementation Specialist serves as the primary liaison between PACE organizations and CareKinesis to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, shaping the initial impression of the company through effective coordination and communication.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing roll-out plans via webinars and on-site visits, managing project timelines using online software, coordinating with internal teams (operations, IT, finance, clinical), gathering and verifying client data in EireneRx, supporting State Readiness Reviews, facilitating training sessions, and providing on-site go-live support during the first month of service.
- • The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Account Management, Product Management, Clinical Pharmacotherapy, and Support teams to align implementation efforts with client needs and organizational goals, including medication dispensing planning, billing coordination, and licensure procurement.
- • The specialist gains deep expertise in EireneRx functionality, pharmacy operations, PACE program requirements, and healthcare compliance while building skills in project management, client relationship management, and healthcare service delivery across a national footprint of over 100,000 patients.
- • This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on patient care quality by ensuring smooth transitions into CareKinesis’ Comprehensive Medication Safety Services, with potential for growth into senior implementation or account management roles within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization serving all 50 states.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s degree or formal training beyond high school (Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or related field preferred)
- • 2-3 years of customer service experience in healthcare
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism in client interactions
- • Strong computer and technical skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, and database software
- • Experience conducting presentations via webinar/conference call and in person
- • Project management, documentation, and organizational skills
- • Ability to solve problems under pressure and make immediate decisions during client interactions
- • Detail-oriented with strong workload prioritization abilities
- • Valid driver’s license in good standing and valid auto insurance
- • Ability to travel overnight up to 50-75% of the time
