📋 Description
- • Execute end-to-end implementation projects for CSI’s item processing solutions, including POD+, Web RDC, and Smart Branch, for new and existing financial institution clients
- • Configure item processing systems according to client specifications, ensuring accurate setup of software and associated hardware such as scanners
- • Support data validation, system configuration, and pre-go-live readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions during product implementations
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from onboarding to go-live
- • Deliver virtual training sessions to bank staff on CSI solutions, ensuring clear understanding of system functionality and usage
- • Align client expectations with system capabilities by clarifying features, limitations, and best practices during implementation
- • Monitor project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders including product, engineering, and support teams
- • Assist with post-implementation support by troubleshooting issues and resolving technical or operational challenges after go-live
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate product enhancements, updates, or bugs impacting client implementations
- • Stay current on product updates and feature releases to effectively train clients and provide accurate guidance on system capabilities
- • Ensure successful and timely go-live transitions by coordinating testing, validation, and client readiness activities
- • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and proactive issue resolution
- • Support cross-selling opportunities by identifying client needs that align with additional CSI item processing solutions
- • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- • Minimize client disruption during system transitions by providing clear instructions, documentation, and ongoing support
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, or implementation roles
- • Experience with item processing, branch capture, or remote deposit capture
- • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- • Understanding of file movement, FTP, and secure transfer processes
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
