📋 Description

  • • As an Implementation Sr. Manager within the Client Success team at CareSource Management Group Company, you will be instrumental in spearheading the successful implementation of instED's strategic growth initiatives. This pivotal role reports directly to the VP, Customer Experience and demands a highly collaborative approach, working cross-functionally across various departments to drive progress within instED's core growth pillars: risk-bearing entities, strategic partners, and contractors.
  • • Your success will be measured by your ability to navigate and influence across all organizational levels, both internally and with external stakeholders. You are expected to be a proactive problem-solver with a strong bias for action, adept at driving complex growth projects from inception to completion.
  • • A key responsibility involves managing the day-to-day progress of a diverse portfolio of strategic growth efforts, acting under the direction of the VP, Customer Experience. This includes establishing robust reporting and governance structures for initial oversight, and critically, identifying, escalating, and addressing immediate priorities to maintain momentum.
  • • You will forge strong partnerships with Sales/Business Development, Operations, Clinical, Technology, Account Management, and Marketing teams. This collaboration is essential for developing and executing comprehensive implementation and integration plans that align with instED's strategic objectives.
  • • Furthermore, you will work closely with Sales/Business Development, Legal departments, and external Clients/Strategic Partners to meticulously create, route, and secure approvals for critical contracts. Developing and maintaining an efficient client/strategic partner contracting process will be a core function, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
  • • Driving the prioritization of instED's efforts is paramount to successfully implementing strategic growth initiatives. You will ensure that all follow-up actions are meticulously managed and executed, keeping projects on track and aligned with overarching goals.
  • • The role requires you to build, manage, and continuously iterate on project plans designed to support growth implementation projects. This involves close collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of aligned goals within accelerated timelines.
  • • You will be responsible for preparing insightful analyses, reports, and presentations, working with relevant functional owners to drive progress towards established goals and uncover key insights. Gleaning actionable intelligence from relevant analytics will inform executive prioritization and decision-making, with a focus on translating these learnings into repeatable, documented processes.
  • • Financial acumen is crucial, as you will develop budgets, identify necessary resources, and, in partnership with Finance and other relevant teams, develop and maintain financial models to support project viability and resource allocation.
  • • Effective communication and meeting facilitation are vital. You will prepare meeting agendas, materials, and reports, and work across the organization and with clients/strategic partners to ensure diligent follow-up on all action items.
  • • Identifying barriers to progress and proactively escalating them to team leadership is a critical aspect of this role. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring that roadblocks are addressed swiftly and effectively.
  • • You will also provide support for any other Growth & Implementation projects as directed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to broader organizational objectives. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment focused on improving the health and well-being of individuals with significant needs.
