- • The In-house Clinical Research Associate-2 is a key member of Alira Health’s global Clinical team, responsible for managing and supporting clinical sites from site approval through close-out without frequent travel, ensuring trial data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing study documents such as Informed Consent Form templates and site binders, supporting sites in obtaining IRB approvals, responding to regulatory board requests, ensuring all required site documents are in place prior to investigational product shipment, and maintaining proper filing of regulatory documents in both site files and the Trial Master File (TMF).
- • The role involves analyzing site performance issues related to protocol adherence, providing ongoing training to study sites, maintaining regular communication to assess subject accrual and GCP compliance, conducting remote reviews of data entered in electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), and collaborating with field CRAs and data management to resolve data discrepancies.
- • The In-house CRA also assists in recruiting investigative sites, participates in internal and sponsor meetings, manages competing priorities, and adheres to ICH GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and company SOPs, contributing to the success of clinical trials through meticulous, detail-oriented work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA from an undergraduate program or equivalent experience
- • 1-2 years of experience in clinical research
- • Proven ability to be careful, thorough, and detail-oriented
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
- • Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
