- • As an Inbound Business Development Representative (BDR) at CyberSheath Services International, LLC, you will be a pivotal player in our growth, acting as the crucial first point of contact for inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts. Your primary mission will be to expertly convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential clients engaging with our cutting-edge CMMC Compliance and Cybersecurity services.
- • This role is integral to our demand generation engine, sitting within the Marketing team and serving as the vital bridge between marketing campaigns and our Account Executives (AEs). You will be instrumental in driving pipeline generation, directly impacting the company's revenue growth and solidifying CyberSheath's reputation as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
- • Your day-to-day will involve rapid lead response, aiming to connect with inbound leads within an aggressive Service Level Agreement (SLA) target of under 10 minutes during business hours. This swift engagement is critical in capturing prospect interest while it's highest and setting the stage for a successful sales conversation.
- • You will be responsible for the high-quality qualification of all inbound leads originating from various marketing campaigns. This involves a deep dive into understanding prospect needs, challenges, and objectives to determine their fit with CyberSheath's specialized services.
- • A key aspect of your role will be maintaining a tight feedback loop between the Marketing and Sales teams. Your insights from lead interactions will be invaluable in refining marketing strategies, improving campaign performance, and ensuring alignment between lead generation efforts and sales objectives.
- • Accurate attribution and meticulous CRM hygiene are paramount. You will ensure that all lead sources and campaign data are tagged correctly, and that prospect information within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is consistently updated and accurate, providing clear visibility into the sales funnel.
- • Your efforts will directly contribute to pipeline generation from inbound programs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- • You will segment and prioritize inbound leads based on critical factors such as industry, company size, key personas, and engagement scores, allowing for a more targeted and effective outreach strategy.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass managing all inbound leads from initial contact through to qualification. This includes prioritizing high-intent leads such as those requesting demos, seeking solution details, or inquiring about pricing.
- • You will employ a structured framework for lead qualification, such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), MEDDIC-lite, or other company-standard methodologies, to thoroughly assess each lead's potential.
- • A core function is identifying buying intent, understanding the urgency of their needs, confirming budget availability, verifying decision-making authority, and assessing overall fit with CyberSheath's ideal customer profile (ICP).
- • You will professionally and clearly disqualify leads that do not meet the ICP criteria, ensuring that sales efforts are focused on the most promising opportunities.
- • Upon successful qualification, you will be responsible for booking qualified meetings directly onto the calendars of our Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handover.
- • You will ensure that all calendar invitations and preparatory notes for these meetings are complete, accurate, and actionable, providing the AE with the necessary context for a successful engagement.
- • Maintaining a high meeting show rate, targeting 70% or more, will be a key performance indicator, demonstrating the quality of your qualification and the value provided to prospects.
- • You will diligently maintain clean and accurate records within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
- • This includes ensuring proper MQL to SQL status updates are consistently applied, reflecting the lead's progression through the sales funnel.
- • Accurate tagging of lead sources and campaigns is essential for marketing ROI analysis and strategy refinement.
- • Thorough documentation of all qualification notes within the CRM will provide valuable context for the sales team and contribute to a comprehensive understanding of each prospect.
- • You will actively participate in the marketing feedback loop by providing weekly insights on lead quality by channel, messaging resonance, common objection trends, and potential gaps in our ideal customer profile.
- • Your feedback will directly help improve targeting strategies and enhance overall campaign performance.
- • You will also support marketing A/B testing initiatives for outreach cadences and communication tools, contributing to continuous optimization.
