  • You will conduct high-level, consultative conversations with senior executives and decision-makers across a diverse range of SaaS and B2B companies. This involves delving into their current operational pain points, technical complexities related to payments, and overall business objectives. Your ability to listen actively, ask insightful questions, and articulate Paddle's value proposition clearly and concisely will be crucial.
  • A key aspect of this role is the meticulous qualification of these inbound leads. You will assess their fit with Paddle's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring that only the most promising prospects are passed on to the Account Executive team. This requires a keen understanding of the SaaS landscape, common business challenges, and the specific benefits Paddle offers.
  • You will leverage a variety of communication tools and techniques, including email, phone calls, video conferencing (Zoom), and social media platforms, to build rapport, gather information, and guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
  • Success in this role hinges on your ability to manage and prioritize your time effectively. You will be expected to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring that targets are not only met but consistently exceeded. This requires a proactive and organized approach to your daily activities.
