• • As an Inbound Contacts Representative 1 at Humana Inc., you will serve as a vital point of contact for TRICARE beneficiaries and providers, handling incoming telephone, digital, and written inquiries to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer needs.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include recording member interactions, escalating unresolved grievances, delivering consistent customer service, acting as a customer advocate, prioritizing workload for operational efficiency, and independently solving problems while managing multiple competing priorities in a remote environment.
• • You will join Humana’s Government Business team, a mission-driven unit supporting military personnel and their families through TRICARE services, operating under a Department of Defense contract that requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility.
