📋 Description
- • As an Inbound Phone Sales Agent at Summit Racing Equipment, you will help automotive enthusiasts select the right parts to build or enhance their vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service without outbound or high-pressure sales tactics.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound customer calls, identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate automotive products, offering upsells and cross-sells, and providing knowledgeable, friendly support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- • Summit Racing Equipment is a passionate, customer-focused company dedicated to serving the automotive community, where employees believe in their work and collaborate to support customers, communities, and each other in a positive, productive environment.
- • In this role, you will develop product knowledge, sales, and customer service skills through an 8-week paid training program, with opportunities to advance through career levels that bring increased responsibility, higher earnings, and long-term growth within the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • High-speed cable internet (minimum 25 Mbps, no DSL)
- • A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace at home
