- • As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at n8n, you will play a critical role in converting high-intent inbound demand into qualified sales opportunities for the US sales team, directly contributing to revenue growth in a fast-growing AI orchestration platform.
- • Day to day, you will qualify inbound leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn, conduct discovery calls to assess technical needs and business fit, personalize outreach based on prospect intent, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- • n8n is a Berlin-founded, open-source workflow automation platform with over 650,000 active developers, 145k+ GitHub stars, and $240M in funding, now valued at $2.5B, operating with a hybrid model in Boston and a global, builder-driven culture focused on innovation and inclusion.
- • In this role, you will build foundational SaaS sales skills in qualification, discovery, objection handling, and pipeline generation while gaining deep exposure to AI-powered automation tools, technical products, and a high-performance sales organization committed to your growth and development.

- • Some exposure to sales, customer-facing work, or relevant internships with clear motivation to build a SaaS sales career
- • Strong written and verbal communication; able to ask thoughtful questions and explain ideas clearly
- • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly
- • Organized, reliable, and able to manage follow-up and competing priorities
- • Based in Boston and able to work from the office three days per week
