  • • Lead and develop the Sales team to drive high conversion rates and speedy time to close through elite coaching of Sandler and Challenger Sale methodologies, while maintaining pipeline hygiene and motivating high call volumes to inbound MQLs.
  • • Lead and develop the Solo & SMB onboarding team by building strong relationships, coaching on discovery, expectation-setting, milestone management, value framing, and objection handling, and establishing a supportive, high-accountability culture.
  • • Build a scalable onboarding system through playbooks, templates, milestones, risk signals, recovery paths, and consistent operating rhythms including 1:1s, team meetings, coaching, quality reviews, and escalation reviews.
  • • Lead escalations with calm and strong judgment by handling emotionally charged customer situations, de-escalating, diagnosing root causes, guiding customers to next steps, and training the team to handle more independently over time.
  • • Advocate for product improvements by identifying patterns of customer struggle due to product friction, turning trends into evidence-based recommendations, and driving cross-functional progress with Product and Engineering.
  • • Communicate clearly with leadership by translating onboarding performance into outcomes such as time-to-value, retention risk, efficiency, and business impact, and providing concise updates and improvement plans.
  • • Collaborate regularly with the China-based team, requiring weekly evening availability to ensure alignment across global teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, onboarding, implementation, customer success, support leadership, or a closely related customer-facing role.
  • • 1+ years people leadership experience, or strong evidence of leading coaching and performance management in practice.
  • • Strong coaching fundamentals: ability to raise capability through feedback, practice, and standards.
  • • Proven ability to run difficult conversations and hold accountability professionally.
  • • Calm escalation leadership under pressure, with strong emotional intelligence.
  • • Data fluency: ability to define metrics, interpret trends, and build criteria for reporting (including logic-based filters).
  • • Systems mindset: ability to turn messy reality into repeatable processes and team rhythms.
  • • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, CS, and Ops.
  • • Schedule flexibility for weekly evening collaboration with a China-based team.
